Alcudia at sunset

This photo was taken last year in Mallorca. But it did not really liked. The sunset in real looked much nicer. Today I played with this photo in Lightroom 4 and used some tricks I had learned. I think the photo looks much better now. It has some kind off HDR look to it.

Sweet Chestnut Tree

This picture was taken in a forest close to my city. The big tree is one of the biggest sweet chestnut tree in the Netherlands. This part of of the forest is very nice. And with the right light it can look very magical.

I took the picture in 2002, but gave it a make over in Lightroom 4 to make it a bit more dramatic. The original image looked very flat and not so interesting.
